According to one theory, Thanos’ plan could be even sharper than you think.

There may be a few details in Avengers Infinity War that don’t make sense but the Russo Brothers movie

was still able to show that the Avengers are much stronger when they are united. Separated in spite of themselves into two groups, they are not at all prepared to deal with the surprise arrival of Thanos, let alone defeat him.
