Fear The Walking Dead season 7 is confirmed and it even gives the main series a weird nod …

Fear The Walking Dead has been renewed for a season 7 with a first trailer that you can see or review above. Even if it is very short, the teaser offers many images around a recurring theme: the number 7. Yes, it's a way like any other to announce a seventh season, but what we have noticed is that one of these images seems to make a direct reference to The Walking Dead , and more particularly to one of its key characters. As you can see below, a pocket watch shows 7 o'clock, but this object has a deeper meaning again for Glenn Rhee fans .

The pocket watch has been seen a lot in the main series because that's what Hershel gave to Glenn after he actually accepted the young man into his family. The couple formed by Maggie and Glenn is iconic in The Walking Dead

– despite the death of Glenn when Negan and his terrible Lucille arrived – and it could be that Fear The Walking Dead wanted to pay homage to him. Since the timelines of The Walking Dead and of Fear

are both well advanced, we know that this is not a clue for a possible return of Glenn and speculations in this direction will not go so no further.

have already worked or are still working on the main series, so there are strong possibilities for it to be a tribute or just a nod to a particularly popular character with fans. The Walking Dead
