A new theory could have explained the absence of this character in the casting of Godzilla vs. Kong.

Godzilla vs. Kong is particularly eagerly awaited by fans of the MonsterVerse. It must be said that the spectacular trailer for the sci-fi blockbuster of Warner has aroused our curiosity as well as our imagination. It is mainly thanks to these first images that fans of Kaiju and the giant gorilla began to foment many theories. Whether it’s the swing of the giant lizard, the link between King Kong and Jia or the precise role of certain characters, every detail of the plot seems to have been examined. At least that’s what we thought until we came across this new theory relayed by ScreenRant! According to the American media and according to previous reports made on the film of Adam Wingard , Godzilla vs. Kong should not include scientist Alan Jonah, with several speculations supporting that the character played by Charles Dance (Game Of Thrones) would actually be dead between the events of Godzilla: King of the Monsters and this new chapter. A surprising idea, especially since the post-credits scene of the previous part had teased the acquisition of the head of Ghidorah by the scientist.

Since a cybernetic version of the monster should be introduced in Godzilla vs . Kong, Many fans assumed that Alan Jonah was at the head of such an invention. However, it seems that the cybernetic organization, Apex, is at the origin of this technological advance. This element combined with the absence of Charles Dance from the cast of the future feature film could indeed indicate that Jonah may be dead,

the unveiled timeline having moreover indicated that a period of five years separated Godzilla 2: King of the Monsters from Godzilla vs. Kong . Moreover, it would have been strange for Alan Jonah to cooperate with the company, the latter’s goal apparently being to annihilate all the Titans while Emma Russell’s partner wanted to return the planet to these prehistoric creatures. . A difference of point of view which could therefore suggest that Apex wished to obtain the head of Ghidorah by force by killing the eco-terrorist, this element can ultimately constitute a surprising turnaround in the franchise. Strongly the movie was released on 24 March 2021!
