Things may get complicated if Superman's two sons develop the same powers as Superman.
The first trailer of the spin-off series Superman and Lois emphasized the importance of family for the hero from Krypton. A family made up of Lois, his wife and colleague at the Daily Planet, but also two sons, Jonathan and Jordan. They have diametrically opposed personalities, but that might not be the only major difference between the two teenagers. According to some theories, only one of them will develop powers similar to those of Superman. The ideal candidate being Jonathan, who is described as a solar character with his heart on his hand, and above all possessing great physical capacities.
A description not unlike a certain Clark Kent. Conversely, Jordan is a more withdrawn and volatile teenager, plagued by social anxiety. According to initial information on the series, Jordan and Jonathan are not aware of their father's dual identity. If this is really the case, the birth of superpowers, whether for one or for the other, will certainly be the source of many questions. We can also already imagine that if only one of the teenagers inherits the gifts of Kal-El, a rivalry will be born, or will be reinforced, between the two brothers. Another theory about the super-family is the idea that the couple formed by Superman and Lois have in reality adopted the child of Batman .
